Bloggin ain't easy...

Finding it hard to blog these daze... Busy at work and home. Trying to finish up lots as my daughter and I head up north to my buddy Bob's cottage. Still training but, less intensity and time right now. Will swim every day and go for a few runs while away. I will have to cram on the bike when I return b/c I'll be going on a long ride with Lawrence the real triathlete. I suspect I'll be just drafting like crazy....

Thank goodness someone turned down the heat!
